A logo-reveal motion film marking the rebrand of ABC Academy to ABCADEMY — a new brand identity for job-oriented diploma education, by Rudeep Ramesh.

Overview

A launch motion video for ABCADEMY — the training institution built by ABC Group, Kerala's largest retailer in the tiles and sanitaryware industry, to create industry-ready professionals. The film marks the brand's evolution from "ABC Academy" to "ABCADEMY," revealing a refreshed logo and identity that signals a new standard in diploma education and job-oriented courses across retail sales, warehouse management, accounts, logistics, interior design and skilled technical roles.

The Challenge

A rebrand video has to do two things at once: honour the identity people already know and introduce the new one convincingly. The task here was to visually carry the audience from the old ABC Academy logo to the new ABCADEMY mark — making the shift feel like a deliberate step up rather than a simple swap, and communicating a renewed promise of world-class, job-ready training in a single short motion piece.

Approach

The film was built around a logo transition — using motion graphics to transform the previous identity into the new ABCADEMY mark, so the change reads as growth and continuity rather than a break. The animation, pacing and typography were designed to feel polished and institutional, reinforcing the "new standard" positioning, with the motion guiding attention to the new logo as the hero moment of the reveal.

Outcome

A clean, professional launch film that introduced the ABCADEMY identity and its promise of industry-ready, job-oriented education — establishing the refreshed brand at the moment of its unveiling.
