Overview

Aantharam is an independent short film written, directed and edited by Rudeep Ramesh — a personal project exploring narrative filmmaking end-to-end, from script to final cut.

The Challenge

Deliver a complete narrative short as a near-solo effort, holding a consistent tone and visual language across every stage of production.

Approach

Writing, directing and editing were handled personally, allowing a single unified vision to carry from the page through to the edit, with careful attention to pacing and mood.

Outcome

A self-contained short film that demonstrates directorial and storytelling range beyond commercial work.
